Add the option to Hide Mouse and fixes inconsistent tab size

• Add The Option to "Hide Mouse when Playing" (like that pull request that I accidentally closed)
• The Option now also hide Menu, Booster, and Flag button completely.
• The Option now only appears when the game detects a cursor. (For the future when adding options after this. Add "- mouseSettingOffset" to the option Y position)
• The Fullscreen button now only appears on mobile.
• Fixes that sometime the code format uses Indent Size 4 instead of 2.

(Don't ask me why the first commit difference is the entire file, I also don't know)
