This PR integrates CodeQL MISRA findings into the nightly quality dashboard flow and simplifies the dashboard view.
Changes included:
Added CodeQL artifact handling to nightly quality pipeline and dashboard generation.
Added robust CodeQL CSV parsing/counting with better severity handling and zero-findings behavior.
Simplified dashboard UI to focus on Coverage, Clang-Tidy, and CodeQL only.
Removed per-file coverage block and cleaned obsolete template JavaScript.
Result:
The quality dashboard now reports Coverage + Clang-Tidy + CodeQL consistently, with cleaner UI and stable handling of empty CodeQL outputs.
