Summary

• isolate nftpf rules in namespaced tables and remove global flush ruleset behavior
• apply validated nftables transactions atomically and enable reboot persistence
• preserve Phantun and other iptables-nft rules during migration, stop, and uninstall
• add rollback hardening, --apply, --self-test, integration coverage, CI, changelog, and security guidance
• update English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese documentation

• bash nftpf.sh --self-test
• isolated namespace migration/coexistence/atomicity/cleanup test on Debian 12 with nftables 1.0.6
• live A -> B -> HK forwarding test with Phantun and MicroSocks rules preserved
• critical HK node reboot test; nftpf rules and forwarding recovered automatically
• post-reboot TCP and UDP forwarding verified end to end
