Can be helpful for different downstream use of balnet weights: refit is what CV does typically,
and would typically be paired with a complex outcome model in a cross-fit manner.
For pure in-sample weighting or linear/Donsker outcome model augmentation, refit = FALSE simply
evaluates imbalance on subsamples of data.
