On hold — cannot land as a clean bump yet

I investigated this upgrade empirically (eslint 10.5.0 + flat-config migration in an isolated worktree). The mechanics work, but it cannot land as a simple dependency bump for three combined reasons:

1. Requires a pre-release preset. @nextcloud/eslint-config@8 only supports eslint ^8.27. The only release that supports eslint >=10 is @nextcloud/eslint-config@9.0.0-rc.9 — a release candidate, whose engines field also excludes Node 26.
2. Flat-config migration. ESLint 10 drops legacy .eslintrc, so .eslintrc.cjs must be replaced with an eslint.config.mjs flat config consuming the v9 preset. (This part is small — ~10 lines.)
3. 61 non-auto-fixable lint errors on existing code. The v9 preset's new rule set flags 194 problems; eslint --fix clears ~133, leaving 61 genuine violations (58 errors) that fail --max-warnings 0. Breakdown: ~28 @stylistic/max-statements-per-line, ~20 import-extensions (relative imports must end in .ts), plus Vue event camelCase renames, declaration reordering, and /* eslint-env */ no longer supported in src/sw/exelearning-sw.js.

Decision: hold until @nextcloud/eslint-config@9 ships a stable release. ESLint 8 continues to work, and Biome already serves as the primary fast linter for .ts/.js, so there's no urgency to adopt a pre-release linting config in CI. When v9 is stable, this becomes: (a) bump eslint + preset, (b) port to flat config, (c) a focused code-cleanup pass for the remaining lint errors (verifying the .ts import-extension rule doesn't break webpack/ts-loader resolution).

Note: TypeScript 6 (#45) was unblocked separately in #60.
