My main focus areas are Azure Infrastructure, modern cloud solutions, and the occasional crypto experiment.
NossoDireito — Public Catalog of Rights for People with Disabilities in Brazil. Regional project — interface and content in Portuguese (pt-BR) for Brazilian citizens. Public catalog that references official sources (.gov.br, Planalto, INSS, Ministry of Health) across 42 rights categories, with keyword-based document analysis, accessibility tools (VLibras sign language, TTS, high contrast, font scaling), encrypted client-side storage via Web Crypto API (AES-GCM-256), no account system, no tracking cookies, and no individual profiling. Does not interpret law, does not advise on individual cases. LGPD posture: technical access logs, aggregate in-memory counters, local-only browser storage, and opt-in anonymized AI analysis are documented in the privacy policy. CI quality gates: CodeQL, gitleaks, Quality Gate (scripts/validate_all.py), Lighthouse (perf/seo/a11y/bp) and axe-core WCAG 2.1 AA in 3 browser engines (chromium/firefox/webkit). Deployed to Azure App Service (region brazilsouth) via ZIP deploy; Terraform (azurerm remote state) for infrastructure replication.
