The TSC voted and approved @jja725 to be a module committer for the Lance connector and the OpenLineage event listener plugin. Updating the codeowner file to reflect that. Both modules were authored by @jja725, who also maintains the column lineage and query event plumbing they depend on in presto-main-base and presto-spi, so those paths and the documentation pages for both modules are included as well. ## Release Notes ``` == NO RELEASE NOTE == ``` Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
