Fission 0.14.1 is a focused patch release that restores installability from crates.io. It carries the registry-only dependency graph merged in #186, requires the newly published Winit and Vello fork versions containing the APIs Fission consumes, updates every first-party package and generated dependency reference, and documents why 0.14.0 must be skipped.\n\nNo application API migration is required. The release will be tagged and published only after this exact versioned candidate passes the Web, Android, iOS, and CLI jobs using registry dependencies.
