Adds an option to display whispers inline in every open chat. Defaults to off.
Adds an "Inline Whispers" option in the highlights menu to change the colour of the highlight.
Inline whispers use the
sender -> recipientnotation.When inline whispers are enabled, the "Whisper sent." confirmation is replaced by the outgoing inline whisper.
