Also update the associated parsing and token creation functions and tests.
Primarily this changes 'connection initiation' to 'session initiation' in various places.

The implementation in this repo was originally made using a beta version of S2 Connect, but the full spec has now been released. This PR will contain all the necessary changes to support v1.0.
