Overview

bbm package provides a FLR version of an extension of the two-stage biomass-based model (BBM) for the Bay of Biscay anchovy, for details regarding BBM see Ibaibarriaga et al. [-@bbm_Ibaibarriaga2008].

To install this package, start R and enter:

install.packages("bbm", repos="http:///flrproject.org/R")
