typescript@7.0.2 breaks typedoc (unmet peer, 'pnpm run docs' throws
TypeError on ts4.SyntaxKind) across all 3 directories. Keep the
pre-bump typescript version (root/specter-roast: ^6.0.3,
vscode-extension: ^5.0.0) and regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml + specter-roast's
package-lock.json, which dependabot had left stale against the other
5 majors (@ai-sdk/google, @fastify/rate-limit, listr2,
@testing-library/jest-dom, @types/node).
