As I understand, that is indicating a (new) minimum age configuration is kicking in. According to Renovate the dependency is 6 days old. So this would indicate the yarn configuration requires something longer.

However, I can't figure out where that's happening. npmMinimalAgeGate in .yarnrc is how you do this, as far as I know, and we don't. And, I think, the default is supposed to be 0 (disabled).
