I just added FreeUnit to the FreeBSD ports tree. Update documentation to reflect that.
There's just php and python runtimes initially, but I'll add more later.
Removed FreeBSD from migration guide, because the port exists now and there were some mistakes.
Also removed instructions for building the port, because it was somewhat outdated and people who do that don't need instructions from FreeUnit docs for that.
