Version bump (CLI + desktop app to 0.9.20), CHANGELOG cut (Unreleased -> 0.9.20 - 2026-08-10), README refreshed (40 providers per doctor's own count; desktop download links to the 0.9.20 assets). Gates run locally: npm test 2,616 green, test:locks 26/26, CLI and app builds clean.
