Usage:

usage: emailchecker.py [-h] [-m MAIL] [-f FILE] [-t THREADS]

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -m MAIL, --mail MAIL  Single email address to validate
  -f FILE, --file FILE  File containing a list of email addresses to validate
  -t THREADS, --threads THREADS Number of threads for concurrent validation
