Version bump for the credential fixes in #188.
All four fields together, as in alpha.13 —
package.json,tauri.conf.json,src-tauri/Cargo.toml,Cargo.lock. The drift that let the crate sit on alpha.11 for a month stays fixed.Release notes go in the GitHub release; the headline is that saving an API key can no longer fail permanently, and that a saved key now says which key it is.
