Mismatched CodeQL action versions

Medium Severity

This change pins github/codeql-action/autobuild to 4.37.0 while init and analyze in the same job still use 4.35.4. The three steps are meant to run the same CodeQL Action release so shared CLI metadata, caches, and step-to-step state stay aligned; mixing minors can break or destabilize the CodeQL workflow.
