The commit and
pr-writerskills now concentrate runtime guidance on thedecisions agents need while committing or preparing review. Commit guidance
retains branch protection, conventional formatting, privacy, and footer rules
in 62 lines. PR guidance consolidates full-diff inspection, title and body
selection, optional reviewer aids, safety boundaries, and create/update
commands in 160 lines.
Agent attribution requirements are removed from the repository policy and the
matching PR spec and eval. PR inspection now handles both existing and
first-time PRs, expands
$BASEcorrectly, and uses body-file commands insteadof embedded heredocs.
