Summary

keep the Copse TUI sidebar bounded when many repositories are configured
auto-scroll the selected sidebar row into view during keyboard navigation
add regression coverage for sidebar scroll math
bump package version to 1.4.1

Validation

bun test src/tui/views/Sidebar.test.ts
bun run typecheck
bun test
bun run build
tmux visual QA with 22 repositories at 80x24 passed during implementation
