The `|| cat /var/log/nvidia-installer.log` was removed from the GPU driver installation command in Buildkite pipeline and release configurations. This ensures that the build fails immediately if the driver installation command fails, without attempting to print the installer log. PiperOrigin-RevId: 923738816
