This PR adds Codex to the Services category.
Codex is a GraphQL API for real-time and historical on-chain data — token prices, charts, holders, pairs, and market data across 90+ networks. The API is served at graph.codex.io/graphql.
The logo (SVG, includes the name) is from our official brand kit and has been added to
hosted_logos/codex.svg.
