Bumps the baked
plugin-agones-velocity0.7.2 → 0.8.0: proxy drain endpoint (groundsgg/plugin-agones#66) and fullest-first lobby packing (groundsgg/plugin-agones#67). Chart side: groundsgg/charts#139 (grounds-velocity 0.9.0). Deploy follow-up pins the resulting image tag.
