Validate AIGuard missing telemetry raw context

Summary

• preserve EdgeEnv missing-telemetry Orchestrator context through the AIGuard raw context fixture
• extend Lab bundle/CI gates to validate missing telemetry producer markers and mapping hints
• update runtime-intelligence chain docs and smoke assertions
