Surface AIGuard producer lineage in Lab reports

Summary

• add a Runtime Intelligence Risk Summary row for AIGuard-preserved device-local producer lineage
• update runtime intelligence chain fixtures with EdgeEnv/Orchestrator candidate_context.producer lineage
• harden artifact gate and smoke tests so producer lineage handoff remains visible in Markdown/HTML reports
• refresh README/portfolio wording around traceability evidence while keeping Lab decision ownership explicit
