• require device-local Orchestrator producer lineage in the Runtime Intelligence handoff history gate
• align the committed EdgeEnv telemetry history fixture with candidate and missing-telemetry Orchestrator contexts
• document the gate as artifact integrity validation while preserving EdgeEnv/Lab ownership boundaries
