Gate AIGuard producer lineage handoff

Summary

• add edgeenv_orchestrator_producer_lineage to the Runtime Intelligence guard fixture without changing the existing suspicious guard posture
• require the producer lineage evidence in the bundle manifest gate, artifact gate, and CI artifact summary gate
• extend smoke/regression tests and docs so Lab preserves lineage as traceability evidence while keeping Lab as deployment decision owner
