Harden Runtime Intelligence producer lineage gate

Summary

• tighten Runtime Intelligence bundle manifest validation for Orchestrator producer lineage shape
• require device-local producer sources to remain present in global and per-task source mappings
• validate per-task producer stage mapping and positive producer/device-local counts
• propagate the validated shape marker into the CI artifact gate and GitLab artifact docs
