• add compact Runtime history seed run_config marker rows to Lab Runtime Intelligence Risk Summary
• compact compare CLI Guard evidence output so raw_context stays preserved in artifacts without flooding console output
• harden markdown/html/smoke tests for the new traceability row and console behavior
