Every open position now has a trial Goal in this repository, so a candidate is
handed real work for their role instead of a filtered list of five issues about
this repo's own automation.
What this is
Nine Goals,
type: goalplus theposition/*label of the role they belongto, each with its spec filled in here. They are mirrored from the trial goal
document, with its broken parts fixed: six of its eleven role links pointed at
about:blank, the guidelines link was the same 404 the application commentcarried, and the full-stack row named a goal different from the section it
pointed to.
They behave like any other Goal, and they stay open, because every candidate
runs their own copy and they get edited as the business changes.
Shared conditions live once
docs/trial.mdholds how a trial runs: create your own repository, define theProblems under the Goal, resolve them by pull request, invite the reviewers.
That is the operating model from the document, unchanged, and it is what every
spec links to rather than repeating.
It is also where
TRIAL.mdandAPPLICATION_SUCCESS.mdshould land when theymove out of holdex/developers.
Still missing
Five positions have no Goal, so nothing can be handed to those candidates yet.
Verified
rumdl checkclean, every relative link resolves, every external link returns200 except Figma, which blocks unauthenticated requests. Each spec's
frontmatter points at its own Goal.
