feat: publish official model release dates

Summary

• replaces card-level marketplace listing dates with a strict first-party release ledger covering all curated model identities
• fixes subtitle descender clipping and adds exact/base-model provenance disclosure across live cards, PNGs, OG images, details, sorting, and Markdown
• keeps new upstream identities publishable with an honest unreviewed state while preserving strict curated coverage
• cache-busts the redesigned collection social image and hardens provider ownership, URL parsing, and model/release identity boundaries

• bun run check
• post-rebase typecheck, lint, and affected model-card/blog/Markdown tests
• visual QA of the 1000x1400 Cognition card and 1200x630 collection OG image
