Summary

  • resolve release tags through the encoded full refs/tags coordinate
  • bind the peeled commit SHA instead of an annotated tag-object SHA
  • exercise lightweight and annotated tag fixtures across workflow, provider, and production verification

Verification

  • exact target tree e88676c634af7712a017684b0487311353c37d3f
  • focused release and production verifier tests: 37 pass, 2,581 assertions
  • full bun run check passed on the byte-identical target tree
  • independent exact-object review: GO
  • git diff --check
