test(website): harden lifecycle replay and editorial delivery

Summary

• makes fast-check lifecycle failures replayable through one validated, atomic seed-and-path coordinate, forbids replay values in generic overrides, and exercises bounded action/fault schedules against the production reducer
• corrects the website runbook to require the established website-production branch, permit only an already-exact result or non-force fast-forward, and fail closed instead of recreating a missing branch
• adds provenance-bound responsive imagery for three live editorial argument pages, keeps article figures after the direct-answer lede, separates the homepage arguments grid from task documentation, and aligns HTML, Markdown, social metadata, schema, and image-sitemap delivery
