Examples of geospatial tools in R using shapefiles and data from the City of Syracuse (NY)

Please access the following files thorugh Github to get the best visualizations:

1. "House_prices.md" : Creating buffer zones and identifying points that are inside the selected areas. This example uses Highways, schools and brownfields.

2. "Choropleth_maps.md" : Geocoding and aggregating data to construct choropleth maps. We use Crime Rates as an example.
