Add local agent discovery and profile generation - #38
Merged
Conversation
Expose installed native agents, supported model and effort choices, and reviewed policy generation without probing credentials or network services. Constraint: preserve opaque user-provided model labels and explicit cross-vendor opt-in Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Directive: keep discovery PATH-only and policy commands closed by built-in agent Tested: ruff check/format, strict mypy, 140 focused unittest cases, compileall, diff check Not-tested: full suite in dirty source worktree; clean PR worktree will run it
