This PR adds an optional Info Page (toggled on or off using server.enable_info in config.toml).
The Info Page is hosted at the root of the nix caching routes (so in cache/routes/[tenant])

Download PR, set enable_info in the server section to true and go to
<host>/<tenant_name_you_set_in_config>
