What this PR does
Makes the CrystalPDF landing page responsive on mobile devices, with special attention to narrow 320px and 390px viewports.
How to use
Open the landing page and resize the browser, or test common mobile widths such as 320px and 390px.
How it works
The hero CTAs now stack full-width on mobile, navigation spacing is tightened, decorative glows use smaller mobile dimensions, and the toolkit grid adapts from 1 column to 2 and then 4 columns as the viewport grows.
