Adds the missing \index intent links \ CLI path that was already referenced by the command reference.
It resolves short intent IDs, checks the intent against each network visible to the caller via
ead_intent_indexes, and renders linked networks using the existing network table. Parser/tool-call coverage and CLI docs are updated.
I couldn't run the Bun test suite locally because Bun isn't installed in this environment. \git diff --check\ passes.
