Rebuilt websites for businesses whose current site measurably fails, each with a before/after offer page and a letter, ready to send.

Find businesses via OpenStreetMap. Keep only those whose site loads — a dead site means an abandoned business and nobody there to buy. Crawl the whole site with JS rendering and work out what the business actually is from its own words, never from a map tag. Inventory what it contains, so the rebuild can carry all of it. Build from modules chosen by what was found, using their logo, their photographs, their brand colour and their real content. Run every gate. Only then write the offer.

- Rule 0 — content parity outranks everything. A rebuild may never contain less than the original. Enforced as a gate, not an aspiration.
- Rule 1 — target size decides whether an offer can ever be accepted. One owner who can say yes, or skip it.

qa.py was validated by deliberately reintroducing a real bug: 117 issues on the
broken file, 0 on the fixed one. A gate that has never been seen to fail is not a gate.
Invent facts. Prices, opening hours and staff that could not be verified are left blank and visibly marked, and the offer page says so in as many words. It also distinguishes a site that is blocking automated checks from one that is actually broken — telling a business their site is down when it works would be disproven in ten seconds and would discredit every true finding alongside it.
