Refine draft workspace UI and settings flow

What changed

• Move connected-workspace settings and draft switching into focused right-side drawers.
• Simplify the draft board chrome and place sync status in the board only when degraded.
• Improve board scanning with clearer round direction, user/traded pick states, live/full-board handling, and responsive single-column behavior when the data rail is unnecessary.
• Add shared switch/expand/arrow icons and polish connection/draft status presentation.
• Capture the durable product and design context used by the Impeccable workflow.
• Keep local Impeccable bundles, live sessions, helper config, and downloaded media out of the repository.

Why

The draft room had redundant status surfaces, persistent empty side-rail space, and settings/switching controls that competed with the decision surface. This keeps the live draft focused while preserving access to setup, switching, team rosters, and degraded-sync recovery.
