The tool bin workspace gave no feedback while a paint edit (add/remove/flatten material) was carving in the worker. The shared CarveProgressBar and the existing generating flag from useBinPreview were already wired for the cutout tab; the tool bin now renders the same component off the same flag, so any pocket carve (paint edits included) shows the indicator and clears on success, failure, or superseded results.
Build and 1178 tests green.
