I am Joao Victor, a Statistics undergraduate student at UFRJ with a deep passion for data. I am currently focusing my studies and practical projects on becoming a Data Scientist and Data Analyst. I love the process of solving problems and turning complex numbers into clear, useful information.
My academic background gives me a very solid foundation in statistics and mathematical models. I am currently working as an undergraduate scientific researcher at my university, where I extract and analyze large volumes of environmental data. For example, I recently worked on an automation project to analyze historical climate data spanning from 1940 to 2026.
I believe in learning by doing, so I am always trying to connect academic theory with hands-on practice. Outside of my professional and academic life, I enjoy exploring new technologies and spending my free time relaxing with my dog, Batatinha.
