this fixes #76 and #294. I added a new webserver that reads the metrics from the metrics endpoint and displays only active containers in alphabetic order as per @rory-brenan wish. The frontend uses htmx to poll every 10 seconds for updates. I am open to suggestions :). Here a preview image. I used /examples/development/ for testing and created a Dockerfile.dev as the normal Dockerfile copies the build binary and I wanted to do everything in a Dockerfile.
