…odules - Updated `setup-2026.sh` header to include a search hint. - Extracted 21 modern CLI tools (like just, mods, llm, helix, etc.) out of `programas/cli-tools/setup.sh` into individual standalone setup scripts in `programas/`. - Updated `DEFAULT_MODULES` lists for dev, ai-dev, and full profiles to include these new modules. - Added `MOD_DESC` configuration for these tools so they present properly in the TUI interface.

This PR improves the dotfiles setup interface by adding a search hint to the profile selection menu. Additionally, it extracts 21 modern tools previously grouped together into
