I am an MA candidate in International Security and Conflict Studies at Dublin City University, developing practical experience across AI governance, cybersecurity, technology risk and secure AI systems.

My international security background shapes how I approach technology: through risk, accountability, threat awareness and the relationship between technical systems, organisations and public policy. I am building the technical capability to turn that perspective into practical, evidence-based work.

SPRI is my flagship technical project: a secure, AI-assisted policy and risk intelligence platform under active private development.

The project explores structured governance controls, organisational data boundaries, role-based access, auditability, document governance, evidence-linked findings and human review. It is designed as decision support and does not replace professional judgement or make autonomous compliance determinations.
