Handle retry-safe assignment snapshot contention under the original observation deadline. Retry an accepted group commit only when the client returns the exact checkpoint with explicit RetrySafe advice; never retry a missing checkpoint, uncertain outcome, or expired deadline. Scenario definitions, assertions, coverage, and verdict rules are unchanged. Hosted Testlab CI passed at 185b30b. Hosted diagnostic 33946062261 passed all five unchanged cases: three classic membership repetitions plus classic and modern three-broker recovery. The temporary workflow is removed in 47fec2d; cleanup CI is running. Instrumented diagnostics are not release evidence. The final clean Kafkars candidate still requires full qualification.
