Adds two new inline scanners that recognize LaTeX-style paren and bracket delimiters in addition to the existing `$...$` / `$$...$$` forms. Both run before EscapeScanner so the leading backslash is not consumed as an escape, and reject if the opening backslash is itself escaped.
