Interesting failures in GC 🤔

Three jobs failed in TestGarbageCollectorTypesFromBinding. I'm somewhat lucky reproducing this locally with running TestAPILifecycleWithVersionMigration followed by TestGarbageCollectorTypesFromBinding. Something is stuck after the API migration.
