Repository-only cleanup after KChart 1.25.0: remove the tracked .cursor rule and clarify that consumer projects own editor-specific configuration. The published AI API, catalog, schema, fixtures, and docs remain unchanged. No npm package version change is required because .cursor was never part of the package files.
