…ributed: false
The guide was written before `vscode-ext-kit manifest` and
`defineSettings({ contributed: false })` landed, so its manifest step
only named the test. Both are on main now; the step says so.

Summary
The migration guide merged alongside two features it could not yet mention: the
vscode-ext-kit manifestcommand anddefineSettings({ contributed: false })for a section an extension only reads. Both are on main now, so step 8 of the guide says how to run the manifest comparison without writing a test, what--applyfills in, and how to declare a section such aseditorso that neither check asks the manifest for it.Documentation only; the code samples are unchanged and the sample check still passes.
